SEC files charges against five electric companies for errors in electricity bills

The Superintendency of Electricity and Fuels (SEC) filed charges against five electricity companies after detecting errors in the billing processes, negatively impacting the customers’ ballots. According to the company, the five companies are Enel, SAESA, Frontel, Luz Osorno and Edelaysen. According to the SEC, the companies will have a period of 15 working days to deliver their case.
