The OECD projects that Chile's GDP will expand by 4.2% in 2021 and 3% in 2022. Álvaro Pereira, OECD director for country studies, said that these projections could change depending on how the pandemic evolves. SMA Solar Technology AG is supplying its equipment for the 220-MW Diego de Almagro Sur solar project in Chile. SMA received an order for 46 units of its medium voltage power station solution from Chilean utility Colbun SA. Each one of SMA’s MVPS will be equipped with the Sunny Central 4600 central inverter, a transformer and switchgear in a single container.
