Codelco to invest over $882 mn to extend the useful life of Radomiro Tomic to 2030

Codelco announced that the Environmental Assessment Commission of the Antofagasta Region favourably rated the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), that extends to 2030, the useful life of the hydrometallurgy and sulphide mining line of the Radomiro Tomic division. The project will involve an investment of more than $882 million and the generation of more than 2,000 jobs.
